Fire Marshal Rich Etheridge has served with Capital City Fire/Rescue for several years.  Rich began as a volunteer firefighter, then later came back to fill the position of Fire Prevention Officer.  Rich quickly rose to the rank of Fire Marshal.  In his time with CCF/R, Rich has served as Acting Fire Chief, Duty Officer as well as many other roles.  Rich has become a mainstay of the fire department and we could not imagine the department without him.
