Auke Bay / Lynn Canal Firefighter / EMT I Rick Abbott has been with Capital City Fire / Rescue for 4.5 years.  Firefighter Rick Abbott is a part of most aspects of the fire department.  Firefighter Abbott has also won the EMS Provider of the Year award for SEARMS in 2002.
