Firefighter / Paramedic Marilyn DeVilbiss has been a career member of Capital City Fire / Rescue for one year now.  She has extraordinary skills in paramedicine as well as teaching.  In her short time within the department, she has become a valuable asset.  She loves to fish and typically can be baited in with baked goods.
