District Captain Brian Duncan has been with Capital City Fire / Rescue for more then 16 years.  Captain Duncan has been a valuable asset to the department while a member.  Captain Duncan is continues to command drills, leads the Glacier Volunteer District and aids in the web page for the fire department.  Captain Duncan is one of the few remaining people in the state of Alaska with the Firefighter III certification.
