Glacier Firefighter Carl Etheridge has been with Capital City Fire / Rescue for several years.  He is our boomerang boy, he will be with us, leave and then come back.  Firefighter Etheridge has been a live-in, EMT I, an Engineer, a member of the EMS Squad amongst many other things.
